Waffen SS Officer's Cloth Billed Visor Cap. Extremely rare

The cap is constructed in all matching fine ribbed tricot material including the bill. Cap have the standard white piping and the black velvet centre band which is only seen on the Officers visor caps. At front cap have a set of matching Deschler Aluminium skull and eagle. Also at front officers heavy chincord which is fastened by two silver washed side buttons which are sewn to the cap.
The interior of the cap is fully lined in for the period light grey ribbed rayon cloth. The cap have 100% of it's sweatshield in place and there is no maker to it. In the slot for the name tag there is a tag with the capssize "56" and another number 24 which we don't know the meaning of. The interior show little wear and have some minor stainings around the sweatshield. Cap still have it's original tan leather sweat band which show matching wear. Nothing is written on the backside of the sweatband.
Out side the cap have a very nice shape with a "crushed" front peak typical for these caps, the cloth covered bill also have a nice form. The outside of the cap is overall in very good condition, it have some slight staining on the underside of the peak and it have some slight stainings to the white piping which also shown some wear at exposed places. The cap have no rips, tears, holes, or anyother damage and have just been little worn.
Very nice Waffen SS officers cloth billed visor cap which is correct in every aspect of construction.
