The tunic is an issue example M-40 example. It is an approximate size 36 an by a heer administrative officer. It is made of issue-quality wool with a badge green wool collar. It is complete with all of its original components and insigni is well-marked on the inside right flap. It shows some moderate scattered mo the lower front, which is mostly confined to the lower front pockets. It retains  bright, vivid color and shows moderate wear from age and use. The overall very good.
